Turnabout is Unfair Play
With Gorilla Grodd in prison, the Secret Society of Super-Villains is down quite a bit of their fighting strength. Star Sapphire recruits the Creeper to the team at Funky Flashman's recommendation. Creeper, who has secretly given up crime, agrees to join so he can take down the Society from the inside. In Central City, Grodd telepathically summons his Quadromobile and breaks out of prison.
Back in San Francisco, Kid Flash has been searching the city top to bottom trying to locate the new Sinister Citadel. He's approached by the Trickster who offers him a punch card from the Society's master computer that shows the plans for their next heist. The villain explains he wants to help take down the Society in revenge for being kicked off the team. Kid Flash is skeptical, but decides to accept Trickster's offer so he can keep a close eye on the thief.
Grodd, the Wizard, and Star Sapphire take off in the Quadromobile to track down the next magical artifact - the dragon box. They approach the old man who is supposed to be the current owner of the box, but he reveals himself to actually be Trickster in disguise. The two groups come to blows and while Captain Comet, Kid Flash, and Trickster do succeed in protecting the box the villains are able to escape and Kid Flash is left seriously injured.
